You mentioned that your husband has a Top Ten list of his favorite dishes that you made. Have you posted them all here? :)
Sorry for the delayed reply, I’ve been really really busy! Hmm, I don’t think I’ve posted them all, although I did ask Gary to enumerate his Top Ten again and apparently it’s always changing :o The constant hits are all versions of sinigang (pork, beef and fish), nilaga (beef and pork) and chicken tinola. Not sure if you’re familiar with Filipino food but those are the ones he always requests for (he’s very Pinoy that way :p). Good question though, I should list them down for my reference. Thanks for asking! :) what’s in your Top Ten?
Haha no, but I do produce commercials for a living and have produced food ads. My initial pictures weren’t that great, so I searched around, practiced and learned to trust my instincts on getting the perfect shot. Hope it shows? hehe! :) thanks though! :) awesome question
Do you post in FoodGawker.com? :) This is a refreshing blog to read and look at, what with all the food review blogs out there (not that I am complaining). I like that you make the picture the focus of your posts (because it's worth a thousand words?). :)
Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately), I can really only manage 1 blog given my super busy schedule. I cook to de-stress, and of course to feed my family. And yes, I honestly don’t like wordy blogs, so it’s really all in the pictures :) thanks for the comment! :))
