Lunch, May 25. Mixed salad with homemade garlic-parmesan focaccia bread
Made the bread for dinner last night and can I just say, homemade bread is SO sexy ;)
Brunch, May 23. Egg and cucumber + sauteed corned beef and fresh spinach crostinis + milk tea
Merienda, May 16. Diced fresh cantaloupe and raw carrots drizzled with organic honey and wheat germ
Though I don’t think I can ever stop eating meats, eating healthy food can be fun (and yummy!) too :)
ps. Just realized I SHOULD post more of these more often. Been consciously trying to eat and serve more raw, nutritious food since this last pregnancy, but I never seemed to post them here. Watch out for more of these posts then :) Cheerio!

Merienda, May 15. Carrot oatmeal pecan muffins
Made with the goodness of fresh carrots, rolled oats, wheat germ, and the best of healthy intentions :) will add a little more sugar next time though, could be a wee bit sweeter. Ate it with a teaspoon of strawberry jam and it was perfect. Have a healthy and yummy week everybody! :)
