A super belated Happy Holidays shoutout to all my readers! It was such a hectic end to our 2011 - we rushed packing to move out, rushed unpacking to setup the house in time for all the holiday get-togethers, and in the middle of it all, I entered my 6th month of pregnancy, which meant I had to take things slow. But no, I didn’t, so I got sick and all, and couldn’t cook too much - what with the fridge in the new unit breaking and me without taste buds.
But 2011 still ended with a bang, and my family and I are looking forward to a bigger and brighter 2012 :) our house is more or less done; we just need to add a few more things here and there. Will definitely share pictures as soon as our internet gets reconnected. I’m in a coffee shop right now, and I feel really guilty that I’ve been away from this blog too long. To share just a few of the meals we had over the holidays, check out the pictures above :) I won’t go into the details anymore, but would like to thank tita Me-ann for the turkey and duck for Christmas Eve, Kuya Gelbert for the paella for Christmas dinner, and my friend Tanya Chua for the roast beef for New Year’s Eve. Thank you guys for helping make our holiday feasts so much more fabulous :)
So here’s to a new year, a new baby (due April! :), a new house, and another year of blogging :) thank you all so much for the support. Will get back to cooking and blogging as soon as we’re finally settled. Cheers!
xoxo
