June 23. Posting this photo of my attempt to make brownies with caramel topping to constantly remind myself of how i MASSIVELY failed this one! Of course, caramel is different from caramel sauce, right?! I knew there was something lacking in the recipe I followed. Sheeeeeesh :( The topping is now stretchy and chewy instead of warm and fudgy like how I wanted it. Lesson freakin learned.
