Merienda, July 16. Betty Crocker Chocolate Chunk Brownies, topped with spicy peanuts Thought the buy 1-take 1 promo at the grocery for the brownie mix was a pretty good deal since I hardly have time to bake from scratch these days, but I think these brownies could’ve been better if they weren’t nearing their expiration date. The spicy peanuts added a nice kick though, also the extra chocolate chunks I added. A quick fix for the week ahead as I continue with this mad, mad work sched I’m currently drowning in. Cheers! :)
